Elijah had dripping nose few sun ago. The last he fell sick was when he was under 1 yo. He just turned 2.

Honestly, I don't feel bored with the same Healthy Breakfast and in fact I'm really happy and bless to take it as my first meal of the day as I break fast from a long night rest and repair.

Beside physical health, mental health is equally important. Stress from work, family affair, poor quality sleep, finances and so on can cause the body to release the hormone cortisol into your bloodstream. Often called the “stress hormone,” cortisol causes an increase in your heart rate and blood pressure. It's your natural “flight or fight” response that has kept humans alive for thousands of years. There are a few laboratories researching on the Covid-19 vaccination, among all, mRNA vaccination is by far has the highest effective rate.

It is a medication / "tonic" commonly given to allergy and asthma patients.
Alyssa took Singulair when she was 3+ for a period of time and thank God I got to know the science of Nutritional Immunology when she was about 4 years old and my kids are free from medication for 7 + years. We brought Alyssa and Zachary to watch Mulan 2020 today. Disney shows always have a message to leave for the audience and great inspiration to both children and adult. What i learned from Mulan 2020? 1. There is no courage without fear. Many a times we want to create a better future, be healthier, happier, wealthier but many dare not take the step forward as they fear of stepping into the unknown and focus on failure instead of success and experience gain. Courage comes when we conquer our fear on doing things we do not want / wish to do and stepping out of comfort zones to do irregardless of the result because we want to break the vicious cycle. In fact, i am quite timid to try new things. After embarking on this career and thanks to my team, i begin to adopt a growth mindset years ago and conquer some of my fears such as public speaking which i never had the exposure before. I am not naturally talented in this area but i always tell myself what can i deliver to my audience. Focus on the audience not myself. 2. Know your position (your purpose in life) Coming to understanding that God gives everyone different gifts in life, do not hide it if you have found yours. Try out more things in life and you could find out that you have some hidden talent too. Use this gift and empower people around you and live life with purpose. 3. Courage, Brave and Truth .... lastly devotion to family These virtues are the key message to the movie. Do not fear, you never try you never know. Even if you fail, you have gain an experience. Be brave as we only live once. Fear will rob away your happiness, your future and your ability to create your life.
Being truthful and honest to yourself. This is a key to being happy. Do not use other people or
thing as excuse for not being healthier, happier and wealthier. You can create your life. Be bold. Take courage. You deserve more. Lastly, we work so hard is because we love our family. Be responsible to them by being health physically and mentally beside providing them financially, the family must have love and care. I'm thrilled to start my journey waking with God and learning his Words again after a long 2 over months break! I always been challenged with this question when i share Nutritional Immunology with people around me especially with Christians. Why am i writing this post is because a friend just texted me few days ago. I learnt that her sister just lost her baby at 32 week due to GBS infection. The baby was preterm baby and at this stage, GBS testing is not done till later stage so no one expected it. I feel very sorry for the mummy and baby.
What is GBS? GBS is 1 of the the many bacteria infection that can be present in our bodies. It usually does not cause any harm to a healthy body. However, about 1 in every 4 women is found to have GBS in their rectum / vagina.
GBS infection can be very dangerous to baby during and after labour.
GBS testing is usually done about 4 weeks before estimated date of delivery. If tested positive, your Gynae will prescribed with antibiotic.
I am Anlinna, i have 3 kids. Currently Alyssa is 11 and Zachary is 9 and a tod at 20 months. For my 2 earlier pregnancies i was diagnosed with GBS and took antibiotic at my last trimester.
When i was induced birth with Alyssa at around 7am till 9pm, my dilation was still 1cm. My gynae told me i had to go through emergency cesarean at 9pm as it might be harmful to the baby.
2nd pregnancy, i opted for elective cesarean because i was told that my pelvic is small and baby head is big and i could have a hard delivery.
3rd pregnancy i was hoping to go through natural birth but my gynae do not do virginal birth after 2 ceasarean (VBA2C) and hubby insisted i go through cesarean.
So to prevent contacting GBS for the last pregnancy, i took plenty of Nutritional Immunology food especially after i conceived. For my 2 earlier pregnancies i did not learn about the preventive health science of Nutritional Immunology and i was tested positive for GBS.
3 weeks away from delivery date
This pregnancy i did not take Duphaston, multi vitamin, fish oil, folic acid which were prescribed to me at the 2 earlier pregnancies. I decided to lead a minimum exposure to drug / synthetic oral intake for my last pregnancy.
