Elijah 1st time having outside meals

My new helper forgot to cook Elijah lunch yesterday. No choice we had to rush to sentosa beach.
I found a Japanese restaurant in Vivocity that also sell plain udon with 2 vegetables.
Added half pack of vegecolor with hot water to the udon and vegetables for added nutrients.
1st time he had outside meal. He must be very happy.

Rushed home for his nap and also no time to cook his dinner as we rushed out to get CNY clothing. We decided to find a place that serve affordable white rice and add on E Excel Soup and vegecolor .

Found Cedele. 🤭

I gave my brown rice, edamame, chickpea and corn to him. He loved it with E Excel Soup. 😋😋😋

With E Excel Soup and vegecolor always with me when I bring him out, I'm not worry he is not eating well!

Eating healthy can be VERY EASY for anyone, anytime and anywhere! 😉

How to prepare healthy food for toddler during holidays with vegecolor and E Excel Soup

Have you have experience of travelling out and overseas, worry where you can find supermarket to buy fresh food, fruits and grains to cook for your baby and toddlers? I do and as a parents of 3 kids, age 11, 9 and 14 months toddler, we travel often and we even have to look for accommodation which allow and have facility to cook.

Before this Australia trip, we have tried organic baby food jar and instant porridge but baby Elijah just refused to eat them. Smart boy haha. Therefore we continue our healthy home cook food on the go with the convenience of this affordable 3 tier electric lunch box steamer and Vegecolor and E Excel Soup!

As it has always been her passion to share good things with the people around her, Anlinna decided to start Wholesome Super Food to reach out to more like-minded parents like her. She started out by holding public and school workshops to advocate the benefits of Nutritional Immunology. One of the greatest rewards she gets in this career is receiving appreciation from people who have benefitted from the Science of Nutritional Immunology.

With better health, her children no longer need to consult the doctor and she is able to move on from being a stay at home mum to a stay at home working mum Healthy Fast Food business owner.

With better wealth, and a believer in "blessed are those who give", she have sponsored 2 children from Nepal through world Vision.

With better time management, she have improve the quality of her family lives.

Her dream is to create value in people's lives so that they can be successful and gain freedom of health, wealth and time.
