Call me lazy if you want.  I am quite a simple person coming to beauty and health regime.  I prefer to have minimum make up as i am lazy to remove the make up too (haha) so i believe in having a safe, quality and effective skincare and diet plan to keep my life simple.

What brain food do i give my toddler?

Beside the Healthy Breakfast for all my kids and myself, what other brain food do i give my children?

Before i move on, let's learn why a high protein and fibre healthy breakfast is important.


 I just introduce e memories to Elijah, my 29 months old toddler.



Recent research confirms that the first five years are particularly important for the development of the child's brain, and the first three years especially are the most critical in shaping the child's brain architecture.  Kids learn the most during this period of time.  Therefore beside investing time to stimulate him, we provide him with the right brain food to protects his neuro and keep them healthy.

The story of Larry, Scott and Brad

The story of Larry, Scott and Brad
Larry is a hardworking professional who is always on time for work and put in extra hours to be the best employee. His life is basically work and home. 

Scott, invest his time in reading books and exercising and eating healthily daily. 

Brad chooses to invest in entrainment gadgets and stay on his couch most of the time. 

1 day, it seem not much different from their daily lifestyle.
This goes for 30 days.


Let's take a look after 30 days.
Larry becomes tired physically and mentally due to long working hours and work stress and also taking a toil on his relationships with his family and friends.


Scott is getting more energetic from his daily healthy lifestyle and diet and getting more popular and wiser among his family and friends from his wide reading.

Brad is growing wider in size due to the long resting and snacking on the couch with his entertainment. His vision is a little affected too and get lethargic easily.

How to use PlusO2?

The "white formation" or bubbles formation is the air capsules formation when the 5 types of PFCs are exposed to the air bringing oxygen to the skin.  I use PlusO2 day and night as moisturiser.  You may use 1-2x a week as Oxygen Spa for a great skin booster!



Also to share, I'm using this cleansing liquid facial wash (This cleansing liquid wash is good to remove make up too!)  as my first step facial regime, follow by PlusO2, Oxyginberry Essence, Energy Serum then Poreless Perfect Make up base SPF 30 PA+++.

If your skin need more hydration, add on Energy lotion for day and Energy cream for night after padding Oxyginberry Essence.

At least 1-2x a week, i would use Blanc Light Reveal (scrub) as my facial exfoliation and and enhance the absorption of my premium skincare.

Conversational Parenting


We wrapped up 2 sessions of Conversational Parenting Webinar with Alive Consultancy on Sunday.

                              



Thank you Daniel for his time and effort to value add my clients on the topic of Conversational Parenting.


Three of my realizations are

1. It is parent that trigger the child's emotions.

2. It is challenging to apply parenting theories because parents are often being carried away by emotional impulses.

Help! Why do i always feel hungry even shortly after a meal?

Do you or know someone who constantly feel hungry, and even after a meal?
You might think it is due to high metabolism and anyway you or he don't grow bigger, it is fine to keep eating.

When you eat more, are you taking highly nutritional food from wholesome plant, fruits and vegetables or high processed (junk) food such as, meat, dairy and oily food?

Food can heal.
Food can harm.

You may feel hungry (shortly) after a meal, this is due to a lack of protein and fibre in your diet!

Many suggest taking protein from meat source.  Meat is harder to digest thus making one feels full and emotionally satisfied so we conclude meat is good to make us feel full.

Studies have shown that wholesome plant food has higher and healthy protein than meat and it has fibre which meat does not have.




High protein and fibre from wholesome plant, fruits and vegetables help to keep the digestive system healthy and also keep us fuller from consuming unhealthy food.

Are wholemeal and multi grain bread really healthier?

Bread and instant noodle, which is less sinful, less chemicals and less preservatives?

The lack of health wisdom now can lead to long term health problem in the future.

How i define my Healthy Breakfast?
It should be high in protein and fibre and nutrients from wholesome plant, fruits and vegetables as we break fast. Whenever we take, it will be easily absorbed, good or bad. 

A healthy breakfast should be no oil, no dairy, no high processed food, no empty calories.

Anlinna's mother in law, 75 years old, fell and knocked her knee and legs

My mil just fell down and knocked her left knee on mon evening, 11 Jan 2021, I was not home. she's wise to immediately take more Nutritional Immunology food from that evening. She has recovered in less than a week!  Also, with constant nourishment, at age 74, she's still able to walk around at home during recovery went out for Chinese New Year shopping whole day on sunday,17 Jan 2021! πŸ˜ƒ

Can you imagine an elderly who fell and on her knees?  What would happened?
If you ask around, many would tell you elderly cannot fall down as most elderly, their health would deteriorate very fast due to brittle bone density.  When they become become immobile and less active, they become less energetic and affect their emotion too.

Physical health can affect mental health too.

I am thankful to have known this science of Nutritional Immunology which benefit not just myself but my family and friends.

With health, we can achieve our dreams.

 2 years ago I broke my 5th metatarsal and with plenty of ni food, I recovered within 2 months and went for 2 weeks australia holidays walking 15-20k steps daily, no side effect!

Thank God that I did not need an operation as I can't imagine how much would the bills be.

Elijah 1st time having outside meals

My new helper forgot to cook Elijah lunch yesterday.  No choice we had to rush to sentosa beach. 
I found a Japanese restaurant in Vivocity that also sell plain udon with 2 vegetables. 
Added half pack of vegecolor with hot water to the udon and vegetables for added nutrients.
1st time he had outside meal. He must be very happy. 

Rushed home for his nap and also no time to cook his dinner as we rushed out to get CNY clothing. We decided to find a place that serve affordable white rice and add on E Excel Soup and vegecolor .
Found Cedele. 🀭

I gave my brown rice, edamame, chickpea and corn to him.  He loved it with 
E Excel Soup. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
With E Excel Soup and vegecolor always with me when I bring him out, I'm not worry he is not eating well!
