Beside the Healthy Breakfast for all my kids and myself, what other brain food do i give my children?
Before i move on, let's learn why a high protein and fibre healthy breakfast is important.
I just introduce e memories to Elijah, my 29 months old toddler.
Recent research confirms
that the first five years are particularly important for the development of the
child's brain, and the first three years especially are the most critical in
shaping the child's brain architecture.
Kids learn the most during this period of time. Therefore beside investing time to stimulate
him, we provide him with the right brain food to protects his neuro and keep them
healthy.
