Botanical vs fish sources of Omega 3

To balance the Omega 6 intake from your daily diet,  you can opt for Oseed which comprise of chia seeds and kiwi seeds and high in Omega 3.

I give my children oseed daily.  How about you? 
Oseed had high fibre,  high calcium, high omega 3 & high protein as well.
