150gm organic unbleached flour
150 hm organic wholemeal flour
200gm unsalted butter
180gm castor sugar ( or 5 E - Sweet and 90gm sugar)
3 large eggs ($0.23 each)
1 tspn baking powder
1 tspn baking soda
7 sachets AROMANTIC
100ml purified water
2-3 pieces of organic cranberries in each mini cupcakes
