RECEIPE: Aromantic mini cupcakes

I started baking mini cupcakes beginning of the year due to my daughter's birthday.

2nd time trying out AROMANTIC mini cupcakes.  3rd time will be nxt thur for my girl child care bake sales drive for the Philippines disaster.

AROMANTIC tastes like coffee when make into beverage but it tastes like CHOCOLATE after baking.  Most importantly, it does not contain caffeine.  FAVOURITE AMONG THE KIDS!!!  It is made of roasted Barley, pumpkin flowers, bee pollen and pearls.  It is rich in amino acids, phytochemicals and calcium that are easily absorbed by the body.  A good alternative for coffee drinkers.

Barley is high in amino acids, vitamins, protein, carbohydrates, minerals, and beta-glucan. Beta-glucan promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon and helps prevent absorption of fats and cholesterol in the intestine.
Research has found that pumpkin (pumpkin flower) is high in carotene. It may be effective against conditions such as insomnia, high blood pressure and stroke, and may improve heart function.
Bee pollen is a complete food. It is rich in amino acids that are essential to life. Easy for the body to assimilate, bee pollen may strengthen the immune system and circulatory system, and halt the hardening of arteries. Other nutrients in bee pollen include lecithin and large amounts of vitamins A, C, D, E and B-complex.
Pearl’s high calcium content makes it an ideal supplement for good health. Pearl’s calcium can be very potent in stimulating bone marrow cells and new bone formation. Researchers have concluded that pearl can improve nervous system function, contributing to pearl’s anti-aging effects. Pearl may also help improve skin condition and the digestive system.

60 mini cupcakes, 180 degrees, 10-12min

300gm organic unbleached flour
200gm unsalted butter
180gm castor sugar ( or 5 E - Sweet and 90gm sugar)
3 large eggs ($0.23 each)
1 tspn baking powder
1 tspn baking soda
7 sachets AROMANTIC
60ml purified water
