Are wholemeal and multi grain bread really healthier?

Bread and instant noodle, which is less sinful, less chemicals and less preservatives?

The lack of health wisdom now can lead to long term health problem in the future.

How i define my Healthy Breakfast?
It should be high in protein and fibre and nutrients from wholesome plant, fruits and vegetables as we break fast. Whenever we take, it will be easily absorbed, good or bad. 

A healthy breakfast should be no oil, no dairy, no high processed food, no empty calories.

How do i convenient get consume my Healthy Breakfast?
