According to studies, probiotics benefits to gut health remain questionable

By adopting a more plant base diet, we can enrich our microbiodata ecosystem.  A plant base diet should be high in soluble and non soluble fibre.

According to a Harvard study, following a change in animal base diet to a plant base diet, the gut bacteria composition in the body actually changes within a day!

Our family has been on high fibre diet especially breakfast therefore it explain my kids not been to the doctor for 5 years!!!
