Chinese New Year Tang Shui dessert

Every CNY, my late mum would prepare Tang Shui when we visit her on 1st day of CNY.

This year, my dad cracked the raw gingko for us to cooked at home.

It is a simple dessert that bring back memories.

I added Raisintree  to the white fungus, red dates, longan and gingko to make it a healthier dessert. 

I ❤ to use our Nutritional Immunology food to add nutrients to my dishes.
