Vegetarian restaurant in Singapore: Saute restaurant

I met a new friend for lunch at Saute Vegetarian restaurant today.  She happens to be a vegetarian and we have so much to share on parenting and education.  This resturant is open by her friend.  :)



Saute is a family run business tucked at a quiet building opposite bugis junction.  They do serve eggs and ice cream.  I had the olive fried rice without egg, fried in brown rice with mushroom, olive, floss, vegetables and raw salad on its side.  I find it a little oily probably it is from the olive. 

My friend ordered the salted caramel Ice cream on waffles.  I would love to order too but was too full. 

Price is reasonable and I would come back again.
