What is Happiness to you?

Some people asked me, ain't I bored taking the same breakfast everyday?

What's joy and happiness in it?

Honestly, I don't feel bored with the same Healthy Breakfast and in fact I'm really happy and bless to take it as my first meal of the day as I break fast from a long night rest and repair. 

What's joy and happiness to you?


Travel around the world?
Have a lot of money?
Eat whatever you like?
Pursue your passion?
Have a happy family?
Have a good sleep / break?
Have a nice silhouette?
Help people?
The list goes on. 

Do you agree with me, when you have a good health, you can pursue all of the above?

Do you agree with me, when you have no health, sick at home or at the hospital bed, all you want is having your health back and loves one around you?

When you agree with me, how much money, time and effort do you invest in your health to stay healthy and with your love ones?

Do you agree with me, it is more effective to be healthier when you are healthy than trying to be healthy when you are sick and worse seriously ill?

I choose to invest in my health by just with a Healthy Breakfast.  How about you?

Beside physical health, mental health is equally important. Stress from work, family affair, poor quality sleep,  finances and so on can cause the body to release the hormone cortisol into your bloodstream. Often called the “stress hormone,” cortisol causes an increase in your heart rate and blood pressure. It's your natural “flight or fight” response that has kept humans alive for thousands of years. Stress alters immune system responses and suppresses the digestive system, the reproductive system and growth processes. This could also explain the increase risks of colorectal related cancer, low birth rate and health condition to fetus and infant and mental health of growing kids. CONSTANT NOURISHMENT starts from the womb.


Being Happy is not just emotional response, it affects our physical and mental health as well. 

You have a choice to be happier.  
Is your choice of being happier an instant or long term goal?

Being healthy is not a goal.

Being Healthy is a way of Life.
