Eye sights deterioration

My eyes sights are deteriorating due to too much exposure from handphone and computer. 

For a convenience,  i started on E View, a wholesome organic plant food on top of oxyginberry.  It  has cassia seeds, chia seeds, blueberries, carrots, Chinese wolfberries, grape seeds, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and yellow pepper which are good for nourishing the eyes. 
E View is produced using freeze drying technology which retain the highest nutrients of the wholesome plant food.
