Recipe: Home grown basil and home made pesto

This morning i harvested a big basket of assorted basil from my hydroponic garden and decided to whip up some pesto for the first time.

As we do not advocate cheese, i have skipped it in pesto and it still taste heavenly. 😋

Recipe for Pesto





Made extra for my mentor.



In our daily lives, we are consuming too much Omega 6 which can cause inflammation to the internal body.  What we need is Omega 3 more than Omega 6.  Read below and you will be shocked.  You will think twice before fried food again.













Why commercial fries do not turn black???
It is added with Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate to retain the colour of the fries.  It can be dangerous to the body.


Why the oil use in the Fast Food do not seem to decompose?
It is added with TBHQ which is the same chemical use in our lighter and over consumption of fast food can lead nausea, vomit, vertigo and even death.


1 tablespoon of oil is equivalent to 120 calories.

Coconut oil fans must read!

First there was Juice cleansing fab then coconut oil fab.

Coconut oil has more than 80% of saturated fat and smoke point of less than 200 degree. While macadamia nut has more than 80% of unsaturated fat and with a smoke point of more than 200 degree.

Glad i make the right choice. If need be, choose a better oil which is high in omega 3 than 6 and high in unsaturated fat than saturated fat to reduce getting cardiovascular diseases. Know more about how to choose a healthy oil from World Renowned Nutritional Immunologist, Dr Chen Jau Fei.

Healthier oil


We are going to launch our MACADAMIA NUT oil in a few months time!  Stay tune.

Why macadamia nut oil ( MNO)?
- The MNO smoke point is higher which means it can be use for baking.
- Contain higher monounsaturated fats ie the same health fats as avocado.
- It has higher nutrients levels than other oil.

We will be launching soy sauce too, a HEALTHIER CHOICE!
