What's the benefit of ginseng

Do you know, Ginseng is good for our mental health and also enhances immune cells?

Since the ancient times, Ginseng has been used for its health benefits. A research paper published August 2020 found that ginseng can help boost immunity both actively and passively by enhancing the actions of various immune cells, such as macrophages and natural killer cells. Researchers also found that ginseng has antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal effects. Additionally, various ginsenosides can help suppress cancer cells, and long-term use can decrease the incidence of cancer. Ginseng may even help autoimmune diseases such as, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, lupus etc, due to its immunomodulatory effects.

Do you know, many commercial ginseng and even cordycep are preserved by fumigating with sulphur.

You can conveniently consume ginseng that's not fumigated with sulphur but have the skin scrapped away like carrot and going through freeze drying for quality and safe consumption with Rhapsody, tothink and e-memories.
