How did I spend my afternoon? I was with my team mate conducting a health talk at Idealite which has the same philosophy of wholesome plant, fruits and vegetables. I never knew about this place, I'm sure I will be back again!

What I like about Idealite is they don't serve mock meat and they have my favorite and hard to find mushroom, lion mane!!! I'm so privileged to receive this VIP card which is not available for application in Singapore yet!

We are trying to keep Alyssa occupy during the school holidays as she easily get bored even on school days. Therefore i source around for some holidays program and shortlist 2, Centre Stage School of the Arts (CSSA) Sand Saturday Kids (SK).
I called a few times over the weekends and left a voicemail to CSSA but they never gotten back. I called and left a voicemail to SK and they got back to me within a few days.
It is our first time signing up for holidays program and we would like to expose Alyssa to something different. I read about SK on the paper and decided to sign up the Scratch holidays camp with them. We decide to settle at One Kind House which is nearer to our place.

Basically, OKH is like a community home where you can find beautiful garden and greens which Madam Soh will use to whip up her dishes for friends and guests. I met Calvin Soh and his son, Dylan. Both of them invented GIY stick. I like the family philosophy on planting your own food and be connected like a kampong which we used to have in the early formation of Singapore. I spent a great 5 mornings with them while waiting for my girl.
I visited Aerospring few months back and is going to get it when we move house next year. They are currently having a christmas promotion till 31December 2016.
