Recognising attitude, efforts and characters

Credits to The Straits Time, Monday, 22 August 2016

After i embark on my career as a healthy fastfood business owner, i have changed from a helicopter mum to a mum who focus not on result but building resilience in my children.

I have been telling Alyssa that we do need to have goals in life so that we have a purpose in living.  What matters are the attitude and efforts we put in along the way and the characters we build along the journey to our goals are more valuable.

I have been instilling in them to have the right mindset from young.  This is only possible when we as a parent be a role model to them.

There are many things that schools do not teach.  Do you have peers who fared undesirable result but are more successful than you now?

These are some of the reasons why people are more successful:
1. Positive mindset
2. Attitude in life
3. Efforts will pay off
4. Character can change your destiny
5. The decision you make today

Above article does not just apply on our children, but ourselves too. :)
