Milk, Milk, Milk!

Have you heard of drinking milk is good for you?  Milk give you calcium?
Is all milk the same?

Elijah enjoys Rosytime!

Elijah had dripping nose few sun ago. The last he fell sick was when he was under 1 yo. He just turned 2.


I gave him 3 x 40ml Rosytime for about 2 days and he fully recovered. He has also been taking Rosytime constantly since 6 months old and Soypro since 12 months old and I'm naturally weaning him off from breastfeeding.

What is Happiness to you?

Some people asked me, ain't I bored taking the same breakfast everyday?

What's joy and happiness in it?

Honestly, I don't feel bored with the same Healthy Breakfast and in fact I'm really happy and bless to take it as my first meal of the day as I break fast from a long night rest and repair. 

What's joy and happiness to you?


Travel around the world?
Have a lot of money?
Eat whatever you like?
Pursue your passion?
Have a happy family?
Have a good sleep / break?
Have a nice silhouette?
Help people?
The list goes on. 

Do you agree with me, when you have a good health, you can pursue all of the above?

Do you agree with me, when you have no health, sick at home or at the hospital bed, all you want is having your health back and loves one around you?

When you agree with me, how much money, time and effort do you invest in your health to stay healthy and with your love ones?

Do you agree with me, it is more effective to be healthier when you are healthy than trying to be healthy when you are sick and worse seriously ill?

I choose to invest in my health by just with a Healthy Breakfast.  How about you?

Beside physical health, mental health is equally important. Stress from work, family affair, poor quality sleep,  finances and so on can cause the body to release the hormone cortisol into your bloodstream. Often called the “stress hormone,” cortisol causes an increase in your heart rate and blood pressure. It's your natural “flight or fight” response that has kept humans alive for thousands of years. Stress alters immune system responses and suppresses the digestive system, the reproductive system and growth processes. This could also explain the increase risks of colorectal related cancer, low birth rate and health condition to fetus and infant and mental health of growing kids. CONSTANT NOURISHMENT starts from the womb.


Being Happy is not just emotional response, it affects our physical and mental health as well. 

You have a choice to be happier.  
Is your choice of being happier an instant or long term goal?

Effectiveness of Covid-19 vaccination

There are a few laboratories researching on the Covid-19 vaccination, among all, mRNA vaccination is by far has the highest effective rate.

From Dr EE Zhang, Healthy Living with Dr EE Health Talk, I learnt that for mRNA vaccination to be effective to safeguard our health from COVID-19, critical factor comes from a healthy immune system.

Some people who have pre existing health condition especially cardiovascular diseases are weaker and at a high risks when getting into close contact with infected patients.

Singulair - asthma and allergy medication

 Have you heard of this medication Singulair?

It is a medication / "tonic" commonly given to allergy and asthma patients.

Alyssa took Singulair when she was 3+ for a period of time and thank God I got to know the science of Nutritional Immunology when she was about 4 years old and my kids are free from medication for 7 + years.  She was given more Singulair to be on standby with a chamber too after seeing the Specialist which kept me ponder why was she taking medication for 2 years yet health did not really improve.

Question we have to ask before taking medication?

- What's the objective of the medication? Suppress or heal us?

- Is the medication long term?

A woman needs about 40gm and a man needs about 56gm of protein and athletes need double the amount.

When should you take protein?
The best time is when we break fast. Take protein immediately after a glass of water after you wake up and before and after exercise.

Lesson learned from Disney Mulan 2020

We brought Alyssa and Zachary to watch Mulan 2020 today.  Disney shows always have a message to leave for the audience and great inspiration to both children and adult.

What i learned from Mulan 2020?
1. There is no courage without fear.
     Many a times we want to create a better future, be healthier, happier, wealthier but many dare not 
     take the step forward as they fear of stepping into the unknown and focus on failure instead of 
     success and experience gain.
     Courage comes when we conquer our fear on doing things we do not want / wish to do and      
     stepping out of comfort zones to do irregardless of the result because we want to break the vicious 
     cycle.
     In fact, i am quite timid to try new things.  After embarking on this career and thanks to my team, 
     i begin to adopt a growth mindset years ago and conquer some of my fears such as public 
     speaking which i never had the exposure before.  I am not naturally talented in this area but i 
     always tell myself what can i deliver to my audience.  Focus on the audience not myself.  


2. Know your position (your purpose in life)
    Coming to understanding that God gives everyone different gifts in life, do not hide it if you have 
    found yours.  Try out more things in life and you could find out that you have some hidden talent 
     too.  Use this gift and empower people around you and live life with purpose.


3. Courage, Brave and Truth .... lastly devotion to family
    These virtues are the key message to the movie.
    Do not fear, you never try you never know.  Even if you fail, you have gain an experience.
    Be brave as we only live once. Fear will rob away your happiness, your future and your ability to   
    create your life.
    Being truthful  and honest to yourself.  This is a key to being happy.  Do not use other people or
    thing as excuse for not being healthier, happier and wealthier.  You can create your life.
    Be bold.  Take courage.  You deserve more.
    Lastly, we work so hard is because we love our family.  Be responsible to them by being health 
    physically and mentally beside providing them financially, the family must have love and care.

Why i encourage Christian (anyone) to go vegetarian or vegan

Received my Bible Study Fellowship study booklet today from my Bible Study leader.




I'm thrilled to start my journey waking with God and learning his Words again after a long 2 over months break!

I always been challenged with this question when i share Nutritional Immunology with people around me especially with Christians.
